...me too and i think the essence is to be aware of now and be happy with that. its very still in reality but ppl throw the mind into another screen..i dont bring my phone with me sometimes...fall off the spinning loop and i find how fun it was to provide some bun crumbs to nesting small birds.They was enormous bizzy and didnt see me at all but i fed the kids and themself that afternoon.
And to go down in ones own tempo was interesting...
